Pandora's Project

This is an online community for survivors of rape and sexual abuse, with lots of useful resources including online chat and a message board.

Rape Crisis England & Wales (RCEW)

RCEW is the national umbrella body for Rape Crisis Centres like BSARCS. We adhere to their specialist National Service Standards so you can be confident that we provide safe, good quality services. On their website you can find lots more information about sexual violence, including details of Rape Crisis services in other places.

SHOUT

Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.

The Survivors Trust (TST)

BSARCS is a member of TST, a national umbrella body for sexual violence and abuse support organisations across the UK and Ireland. Their website has lots of useful information for survivors and others.
