Wellbeing Support

This is a listening and support service. Our trained workers can support you with issues like anxiety, managing emotions, sleep problems, and other concerns and difficulties you might be having because of the sexual violence or abuse you’ve been through.

We will listen to you and believe what you tell us. We won’t judge you or pressure you to make decisions or take steps you’re not comfortable with.

We can offer this support in your own home or in our comfortable rooms at our offices.

For children who have experienced sexual harm, wellbeing support will be offered only if there has been reported to the police or social care. You can call our team to speak with a member of staff if you want to discuss this further on 01226 320140
