Our wellbeing service offers a wide range of support to clients who are struggling as a result of sexual harm that they have experienced at some point in their life. Our trained workers can offer practical support with issues directly impacting your wellbeing such as anxiety, sleep and low mood through a variety of tools and resources. In addition, we can offer support to work on practical support needs that you may be experiencing such as housing, money worries and linking in with local support services. We typically offer up to 12 sessions of wellbeing support and our delivery of this support is flexible meaning that we will accommodate your needs as and when we are able to.
