Counselling

Our counselling service is for adults (people aged 18 and over) who live in the Barnsley area.

Counselling offers you the chance to think and talk about your feelings confidentially, with a qualified professional who won’t judge you or tell you what to do.

Counselling appointments take place in our counselling rooms, usually at the same time each week, and last around 50 minutes.

All BSARCS counsellors have completed specialist training in sexual violence so they can better understand what you’re going through and support you appropriately.

Please leave/email us your name, contact number and that you would like to make a referral and we will call you back during office hours.
