COVID 19 and BSARCS

24th Mar 20 | Back to blog

In light of recent Government Health advice, BSARCS has had to close all our face to face support until further notice.  We are however, continuing to work with all our clients requiring contact during this time of uncertainty.

We are:

  • Offering each client currently accessing our service regular contact via telephone or video call as appropriate.
  • Continuing to take referrals although, as staff are working from home, there may be a slight delay before we can call back.
  • Continuing to liaise with statutory agencies such as social care, mental health services and police services to ensure full support and safeguarding for our clients.
  • Updating our clients and our social media feeds with wellbeing ideas to help with social distancing.

We will be reviewing the situation daily as new advice emerges however, please be sure that we are doing our best to maintain the safety of our clients, staff and the wider community.
