Independent Sexual Violence Advocate x 2 posts (ISVA)

Starting Salary £25,440

37 hours per week until 31st March 2020 in the first instance.

These posts are not open to job share.

BSARCS is looking for experienced and enthusiastic women to work within a small team of ISVAs based in Rotherham.  The post holders will deliver a high quality service that ensures prompt, safe and effective support for adults who have experienced CSE and are accessing the criminal justice system.  These posts are ring-fenced to work within one specific policing operation.

You should have substantial, recent experience of direct work with adults, safeguarding and the legal justice system.  A recognised qualification in ISVA support/social work or similar is desirable. 

Due to the sensitive nature of this work, all appointments will be subject to vetting against national standards plus an enhanced DBS check.

Closing date: Scheduled for the end of January 2018 but may close earlier if a sufficient number of suitable applications are received.
